A majority of the population, hence, is usually unaware of their mental health. The duration of this non-contact training will be 3 months, which will include completion of certain assignments and some field work. There will, however, be sessions with mentors appointed for guidance in case of any doubts or difficulties. The assignments to be completed include;<\/p><ul class=\"space\"><li>Completing the first 10 of a total of 20 interviews<\/li><li>Initiating a social project<\/li><li>Submit the interviews and the project report that includes your learnings from the personal experience of completing the assignments.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>2<\/b><b>nd<\/b><b> Contact Training<\/b><\/p><p>This will form the second part of the assignments, wherein the student will have to complete the remaining 10 interviews and 20 counselling cases in a prescribed format of counselling. Support and guidance from the mentors will, however, be available again in case of any doubts or difficulties. Students will be allowed to attend and observe live counseling sessions at the institute or other venues available.
