Svādhyāya & Emo-Energy Reset (Basic Module)

Svādhyāya & Emo-Energy Reset (Basic Module), is the first step towards being in charge of our Destiny which is possible only when we are Aware and In-charge of our Thoughts, Emotions and Energies.

This 3 + 1-week basic module is aimed at training ourselves to be aware of our thought processes, control them and thereby harness our own latent potentials. If Awareness is about looking at yourself in the mirror, then this Basic Module is a training towards: Decoding what the mirror is showing us and Resetting our Thoughts, Emotions & Energies to be in a position to unlock our Highest Potentials.

Highlights of Basic Module

We often hear about the unlimited potential within us. What does this potential mean and how do we recognise it? Recognising this potential is the first step in our journey toward manifesting it.

To work on ourselves, we need a stable state of mind. It leads to patience so we are more responsive than reactive to our thoughts, actions, and emotions as well as those of others. You will be taught to create this stability through:

  • Physical Stability
  • Energy Conservation
  • Emotional Stability
If owning responsibility were enough, then each one of us would have succeeded in bringing about this change. We often come across obstacles that hinder our progress. We need to be aware of those obstacles and determine the means to overcome them.
The scope of empowerment relies on our willingness to bring about a change in our behaviour. This session will teach the secret to bringing about maximum positive change within ourselves.
Saṃyama is about creating a state of meditative focus through a congruence of our conscious and subconscious thought processes. It is only when this state of Saṃyama is achieved that the possibility of the manifestation of our potentials increases manifold.
As we exist at different levels, the obstacles to our manifestations also occur at different levels. Fortunately, the tools for overcoming these obstacles at every kosha level are also available. Understanding these koshas equips us with a multi-pronged approach to tap into our potential and manifest it.
After working on our stability, we turn our attention inward to focus on our Behaviour concerning its Purpose, Formation & Constituents.
Over 80% of our anxieties are Covert (hidden). Our Defence Mechanisms are also a part of behaviour which play the role of hiding those aspects of our mind that it finds either illogical or uncomfortable to accept. Understanding the way these defence mechanisms work is important to help us uncover our Blind Spots.
The entire process of manifesting our true potential is about owning certain responsibilities toward ourselves. Why this responsibility is important, and how it is to be fulfilled, needs to be understood right at the beginning of our journey toward self-growth.
What we are usually aware of is just what we are taught in the various philosophical books and religious scriptures. If at all we are aware of our thoughts, it is usually limited to just our external state of emotions and the experience of distress. This exercise will teach you to deep dive into the mind and identify the thoughts that could be getting in the way of your positive manifestations. This is the most important step that is often missed.
